Questionnaire - How Do You Find New Web Sites?

   complete.

IMPORTANT
When asked to score a list of items on a scale from 1 to 5, first choose the item you would rank 'highest'. Give this item the highest score (1), then choose the lowest ranking item and give this the lowest score (5).
Then rate the other items relative to these highest and lowest levels. At least one item should always be ticked (or selected) for the highest level, and one for the lowest level.
